Free delivery case:

Goods will be delivered free of charge according to the agreement to the customer’s receiving location (for orders within the city).

Charged delivery case:

In addition to the above free delivery case, other cases will be charged and the delivery fee will be calculated according to the price list of the 3rd party shipping unit. This cost will be notified to the customer before making payment and delivery. Due to the specific nature of the product and the geographical distance of the customer, we will discuss with the customer to come up with the most appropriate solutions.

– In some objective cases, we may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as: bad weather, vehicle breakdown on the delivery route…

– Our shipping service or the one designated by us will be responsible for the goods and risks such as: loss or damage to goods during the transportation process from us to the customer.

– You are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. If you discover that the goods are damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, you must sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the Delivery Staff and immediately notify the Customer Service Department via the Company’s hotline.

– After you have signed to receive the goods without making any notes or comments about the goods. The Company is not responsible for any requests for return or exchange due to damage, scratches, breakage, dented, incorrect goods, etc. from you later.

– If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation process from the company’s warehouse to you. The customer will be responsible for the freight and related losses.

Note on warranty policy:

» Product warranty is to fix the damage, technical problems that occur due to the fault of the product manufacturer.

» The product must be within the warranty period.

» Products that are not eligible for warranty or have expired warranty will be repaired for a fee.

» In case of not being eligible for warranty, we will advise, support to the maximum, and take high responsibility for customers.

» Products whose origin cannot be determined by KING POWER, damaged by natural disasters, accidents or installation, use not according to the manufacturer’s instructions, products damaged by mechanical impact such as falling, breaking, impact, scratching, distortion, showing signs of damage due to rodents or insects, or arbitrarily disassembled, repaired by a KING POWER engineer, we have the right to refuse warranty.
